Three months have passed since I had a meal at the Cafe de Cuisine last year.

The hot stir-fry table is also of high quality, and the Longjing shrimps are super delicious and big! Braised sea cucumber is also very good
It is very satisfying to add roast chicken and roast duck ❤️
The beef stew in the cooking area is also worth a try.
The chef said that the dining table will be changed once a month!

In addition to the signature truffle risotto, the hot food area also has eye-catching lamb chops and baked scallops, and the oven-roasted steak is also above standard.

The dessert area hasn't changed much, so I tried a few of the signature dishes. The limited edition is the strawberry daifuku which needs to be improved😅
