Café's dining area is divided into five main sections: Chinese stir-fry, Western cuisine, Indian delicacies, Japanese food, and desserts.

The Chinese section features roast meats, various stir-fries, and a freshly cooked section. The braised ginseng is something you won't find at other buffets, showcasing the chefs' expert skill.

The soups in this section are also a must-try!

In addition to the signature truffle risotto, the Western menu also includes lamb chops, oven-grilled steak, and today's amazing Shufa chicken thighs. The skin is crispy, the meat is tender, and the aroma of charcoal is simply delicious! ❤️

The fresh food section maintains its standard, with both sashimi and grilled fish being popular with those who love fresh meat. 👍
Today's special dish is sukiyaki, but unfortunately, the beef was already cooked. 😞

The dessert section hasn't changed much, but the mango shaved ice, available only during the summer, is absolutely amazing! Mango jelly, mango milk jelly, mango roll cake, and a generous helping of mango flesh, plus a scoop of Hagen mango ice cream 🥳

What a perfect ending 💕

Honestly, Café de Cuisine isn't my top choice for a hotel buffet.
But with the consistently high quality, friendly service, and comfortable environment, coupled with the American Express promotion, it's definitely worth a try!

I heard the menu will be completely changed on August 5th! Anyone want to come and unbox it? 😉
