The restaurant's entrance is striking. It was designed by internationally renowned designer Chi Yu-tang with the concept of a "private residence" in mind! They specialize in delicious, authentic Cantonese cuisine, Hong Kong-style dim sum, and homemade seafood dishes, all made to order. 🤩

Beautiful uses a 4-pound white romaine goose. The skin is sliced ​​tableside and then rolled into pancakes (a whole goose can be rolled into 20 rolls, which can be prepared by the restaurant or you can wrap them yourself).

The goose legs are then cut and served. You can ask the restaurant to cut the goose head and neck! The skin is so crispy and delicious, Xianrou said he couldn't miss it. 🥳

Simply put, the goose is so delicious that Xianrou said he wants to come every month. 😂

One goose can only be eaten twice. The restaurant recommended the goose soup, which was also delicious. It was sweet and refreshing without being greasy. I actually finished it all!

I also ordered a vegetable and tofu casserole, which was just average.
The crispy Matsusaka pork, which was amazing last time, was just as delicious.
I also ordered four sweet soups; I recommend the almond tea and sesame paste.
