Aizai Cai Braised Pork Rice🍚🍚🍚, located in Beitou Zhongji Market, is always crowded with tourists and locals. Locals call it "Beitou's #1 Braised Pork Rice," making it a must-try snack during a trip to Beitou. 😍😍😍

Upon our arrival in Beitou, we immediately sought out this restaurant. There was already a long line, and we waited about half an hour before we could order and be seated. We ordered two bowls of braised pork rice🍚🍚, pork rib soup, and boiled vegetables🥬🥬.

The signature dish and must-try here is the braised pork rice. The braised pork is half fat, half lean, and perfectly glossy and flavorful, with a nice gelatinous texture but not overly salty. The rice, drizzled with the braising liquid, is fragrant and incredibly delicious. 😋😋 🍚🍚

The pork rib soup is incredibly refreshing and sweet🥹🥹. It's amazing how full of winter melon and pork ribs it is, making us want another bowl. 😉😉😉

The blanched vegetables🥬 also have a little bit of the braising liquid, making them especially delicious🤤🤤😋😋.

All in all, this restaurant is affordable, delicious, and we'll definitely be back. It's definitely worth a try. 😍😍😍
