🍳 The Brasserie restaurant is located in the Regent Hotel in the heart of Taipei. It offers an International Buffet that is quite worthwhile because the buffet line is very full, fresh, and high-quality ingredients.

🥂 The buffet line includes dumplings, steamed buns, dim sum, steamed crabs, noodle stations, Chinese-style hot soups, various Japanese miso soups, sushi, sashimi, maki, seafood on ice, shrimp, crab legs, and oysters.

🥢 There is also a salad zone, cold cuts, ham and cheese, and fruit. The dessert zone is very eye-catching: cakes, macarons, and Haagen-Dazs ice cream. As for drinks, there are plain water, fruit juices, herbal drinks, soft drinks, tea, and coffee.
