1. Fuhang Soy Milk / Shandao Temple
If you line up around 10am on a weekday, the wait is 45 minutes!
But it's worth the wait; the salty soy milk broth is so delicious🥲✨
It's set up like a food court, so
it's not a big deal even if you're alone👍🏻 The turnover is fast◎

I ordered the Goro Set, which Goro also ate in "Gourmet Sauce" (Solitary Gourmet).🥬🥚🍚110 TWD
Even a woman can easily finish it all. It's just right. The taste is amazing. There were a few young women there alone, so it was easy ✌🏻
You could write your order on a slip and hand it over ✍🏻 or show them the menu!

I went there just after 6:00 AM on a weekday and it was empty!
The owner was also very kind ☺️✨
I was so happy to have such delicious Xiaolongbao in the morning, so I recommend getting up early and going there ✨
Everyone was alone!

The dashi broth, flavored with bonito flakes, is delicious!

The portion was just the right size!
