Regent Series 02: Azie Fusion Restaurant

The Regent Hotel's lobby is most recognizable for its expansive, three-story ceilings. I've never been there, but I've always wanted to hear and see the singers perform, especially in the evenings, when the live band plays and the melodious music resonates. Make sure to book the Rock Zone at the Piano Center! 🎤🎹🎶

🍝They offer a fusion of contemporary Asian and Western cuisine, from salads and sandwiches to tantalizing pasta dishes and exquisite, freshly made pizzas. It happened to be a Vietnamese seasonal special (so many items on the menu weren't available, which was a bit annoying 😡), but the food was perfectly seasoned!

🍰Impressive desserts, including a rich yet sweet fruit mille-feuille, are available in conjunction with Lady M's set menu. A wide selection of drinks is also available, including many exclusive Regent Hotel creations, ensuring a wide variety of culinary delights.

💯In non-English speaking Asian countries, Azie stands for "love and peace." Besides showcasing international fusion cuisine, the restaurant's menu changes seasonally, always full of surprises. 💕
