🏭 Taipei Huashan 1914 Cultural and Creative Park, formerly known as the Taipei Distillery, was built in 1914 and is Taiwan's first cultural and creative park. Spanning 7.21 hectares, the park retains the industrial heritage of a distillery from the Japanese colonial era, blending red brick buildings with green spaces, making it a significant cultural landmark in Taipei.
Now a multicultural exhibition and performance space, it regularly hosts design exhibitions, art performances, concerts, and market events, and features cultural and creative shops, restaurants, cafes, and a cinema. The park is open from 9:30 AM to 9:00 PM, with free admission (special exhibitions require tickets). It is conveniently located near Zhongxiao Xinsheng MRT Station.
📍 Address: No. 1, Section 1, Bade Road, Zhongzheng District, Taipei City
By combining historical space with contemporary creativity, it has become a popular destination for experiencing cultural vitality.
