On the day we went, there were two fireworks shows; the first was at 7:30
The best viewing spot is at the water show viewing seats
Before your eyes, the kiln fire performance and water show intertwine—a visual feast of water and fire dancing together
In the distance is the palace-style night view, and above you are the brilliant fireworks

DAY 2 Itinerary
8:30 Cloud Train
It’s recommended to take the first train
The morning mist makes the bamboo forest even more ethereal
Remember to choose a window seat

10:00 In-depth tour of the town’s shops
Burn incense and copy sutras at Meiyin Xiangtang
Travel through time at the XR theater
Immerse yourself in the Red Mansion at Xuxu Honglou

1. Self-driving is recommended; 2 hours from Hangzhou, or take the high-speed train to Yixing Station and then a 30-minute taxi ride
