I met Chef Sun Rong at 12Chefs in early June.
This time, Sun Rong KAI is bringing you #KoreanFlavorOpening

#Holiday lunch and dinner specials have been upgraded to include freshly pan-fried bone-in short ribs.
Specialty dishes include Daegu Spicy Braised Pork Ribs, Korean Beef Stew, Korean Grilled Chicken Thighs, and Korean Seafood Stew.
These dishes showcase the local flavors of Korea while offering a taste of authentic Korean cuisine expertly crafted by the chef.
Freshly cooked dishes include abalone, seafood, ginseng chicken congee, seafood noodle soup, and pork rice soup. The ginseng chicken congee was surprisingly delicious; Jiayi devoured three of the five bowls she ordered. 🤣
Additional dishes include refreshing suey suey noodles, crispy Korean fried chicken (with both chusuk cheese and yangbi), and street food desserts like nut biscuits, showcasing the true essence of Korean cuisine. Many dishes popularized by popular Korean dramas are also included. Spicy stir-fried rice cakes, seafood pancakes, and seaweed rice rolls fully recreate the spirit of Korean street food.
The side dish section offers dozens of classics, including spicy squid, simmered egg, and Korean vegetable vermicelli, showcasing the multifaceted flavors of Korean dining.
The dessert table is equally full of surprises, with a carefully selected selection of popular and innovative Korean desserts to round out the feast. Crispy Korean nut cookies, soft and fluffy Myeongdong egg cakes, and chocolate soft cookies with a rich cocoa flavor are all on display. Finally, Korean pineapple and rice cakes evoke a festive atmosphere.
Don't miss the pistachio and raw milk soufflé pancakes. Add some strawberry yogurt soft serve ice cream to round off the Korean feast.
This time's menu is significantly more delicious than last year's. The Korean BBQ, crispy Korean fried chicken, abalone, seafood, and ginseng chicken congee, seafood noodle soup, pork rice soup, and Korean side dishes are all highly recommended! It pairs really well with Korean beer 🍻
In addition to the standard fish sauce flavor, the steamed fish also comes in a Korean flavor: shad, red snapper, and sea bass!
The Indian cuisine is equally eye-catching. At the deli, we only had two buffet meals in a row, and there was no room left!
Coinciding with the Humble House Group's 25th anniversary celebration, the event is offering a limited-time lucky draw to thank guests.
