Gopchang noodles are on the list of must-eat foods in Taiwan!! It's located inside Ximending, so it's very easy to find! The turnover is also very fast, so you can get it almost immediately after ordering! You can really taste the gas oversea flavor on top of the takoyaki! It's a bit salty, but if it doesn't suit your taste, you can add the sauce on the side to your taste! There are spicy, garlic, and vinegar flavors! If you come to Ximending, try it once!

‼️TIP
- There are chairs and tables in front, but they are not enough compared to the number of people ordering. But don't worry! People around you will also be standing and eating without any problem:)
- It has coriander in it! If you want to leave out the coriander, don't forget to say "Puyao Xiang Cai!"
