Visited this coffee factory located in Taiping while travelling to Ipoh. Antong Coffee Mill in Taiping, Perak, is Malaysia’s oldest coffee factory, operating since 1933. It offers a unique blend of rich coffee heritage and modern café culture.  

A standout offering at Antong is their triple espresso soft-serve ice cream. Infused with the intensity of three espresso shots, this creamy dessert delivers a robust coffee flavor that appeals to enthusiasts seeking a potent caffeine kick. The ice cream was smooth and creamy, with strong coffee flavours. The ambiance at Antong Coffee Mill is a harmonious mix of historical significance and contemporary appeal. Visitors can explore the original wood-fired roasting equipment and learn about traditional coffee-making processes. The site also features a heritage villa associated with Dr. Sun Yat-sen, adding a layer of historical intrigue. Colorful murals and vintage decor provide numerous photo opportunities, enhancing the overall experience.
