Adventure outdoor hike in Taiwan

Calling all adventure hike lovers! If you’re in Taiwan, I highly recommend that you check out the Taroko National Park, where you can hike the trail at Tai Lu Ge. It is quite exciting and adrenaline pumping because the trail is actually quite narrow and along the side of the rock surface.

There was one area where we only had our harnesses and ropes to depend on as we were so close to the edge! You are also required to wear a helmet for safety as certain spots are known for having falling rocks from above.

Definitely get an experienced guide to go with you so you can have fun while exploring this amazing natural wonder!
