JW Marriott Taiyuan ‖ Service is amazing
We were arranged to stay in the executive suite 2118, which is just two steps from the lounge. Manager Andy was the most considerate and caring personal butler I have ever met. He reminded us about weather and clothing before the trip and gave us emotional advice. He also showed us his preferences, hospitality, and professional service. I had a very good impression of this hotel and Taiyuan, which was my first time visiting there.

According to my collection preferences, I bought the Shanxi special vinegar baby plush pendant and the coal plush pendant. I will buy a plush steamed bun next time I come to the concert. Thank you.

There are Chinese paintings in the foyer, the living room is very large, the bedroom and bathroom are semi-open and connected, you can see the fireworks outside at night. By the way, the only regret is that I didn't sleep well, the fireworks were set off until four in the morning

Executive Lounge Happy Hour
Every staff member was very enthusiastic. Four extra staff members were assigned during the Spring Festival. The main dishes of the day were a bit disappointing. The fried pork with peppers was not to my taste. There was quite a lot of traffic during the Spring Festival.
JW Kitchen Breakfast
It is open from 7 to 11 during the Spring Festival. You will be guided to your seat. The noodle stall has knife-cut noodles that you can add sauce to yourself, which tastes good. There is also freshly squeezed juice and the best of the day, the meatball soup, which is chewy and delicious.
👍🏻 I would like to give special praise to Geoffrey, a supervisor in a black uniform, who was enthusiastic and considerate to all the guests. I hesitated for a while when I saw that the meatball soup was gone, and he immediately caught me and came to help me take away the other dishes in my hand and delivered them to my seat. Then he asked me if I had any food restrictions and brought me a bowl of hot meatball soup from the kitchen. Then I noticed that he was proactive in serving all the guests and treated them equally. The guests at the next table also kept praising him and asking his name 👍🏻
The price did not increase much during the Spring Festival and remained stable at around 800. The service is wow, and there is still room for improvement. See you next time!
