Eat somen, cold mountain water at Takachiho Gorge

Another restaurant for a trip to the Aso volcano area. If you have time, go to Takachiho Gorge.

I planned to go paddling but there was a safety check and the boat stopped, so I couldn't paddle. So I stopped by a restaurant instead. At first, I thought it was cold soba served through bamboo poles. Don't be dramatic about reusing it. If you can't pick it up in time, they'll throw it away. The water is filtered, but the chopsticks used to pick it up, if you put it in your mouth and pick it up again, consider it. They should really use separate tongs. But overall, it was fun and delicious in a Japanese way.

Set 1500 is complete. You can create content. There are noodles, fish, and rice.
The restaurant is in the area with 3-4 restaurants. Go in and try it.
