Japan Entertainment Recommendation—Ritsurin Garden

The garden of Ritsurin Park consists of about 1,400 pine trees, of which about 1,000 are trimmed by hand by craftsmen, and the branches of the pine trees are as beautiful as bonsai.
With the dark green Shiyun Mountain as its backdrop, Ritsurin Park is cleverly arranged with six pools and thirteen rockeries. As a circular daimyo garden with a history of nearly 400 years in the early Edo period, Ritsurin Park has an excellent regional division.

Feilai Peak is the best viewing point in the park. Looking out over Nanhu Lake from here, you can see Ziyun Mountain in the distance, and all the highlights of the park, including the Juyue Pavilion and Yanyue Bridge, are within your sight!

It is recommended to go before 9:30 in the morning and visit for about 2 hours, so that you can perfectly avoid the tour groups.
You can enter through the East Gate. If you are short on time, you can just visit the South Lake and North Lake areas on the left. All the classic attractions are here.
The park is located in Takamatsu City and can be reached directly by taking the Rainbow Loop Bus.
