Enjoy a tranquil journey in Japan's Shikoku

The transportation hub of Shikoku, Takamatsu City in Kagawa Prefecture, is accessible via direct flights from Taiwan or by JR train from Okayama. In the city, Ritsurin Garden and Tamamo Park boast lush greenery and fresh air, with fewer tourists, making for a relaxing visit. In the suburban mountainous area, you'll find Kotohira Shrine, one of Japan's most famous shrines. To reach the top, you'll need to climb over 1,300 steps, but the majestic shrine and panoramic view of Takamatsu are absolutely worth the effort!

Don't forget to try Kagawa's famous udon noodles. Highly recommended is the curry udon in Takamatsu City, paired with tempura and oden—it's absolutely delicious!
