'Takamatsu (高松)' is written in Chinese characters as Kosong, and as the name suggests, you can find many tall, green pine trees. And the place where you can see the most pine trees is Ritsurin Park.
Hiraiho is a small hill located behind Ritsurin Park, and if you climb the stairs, you can see the view from Ritsurin Park Lake to Shiranzan Mountain.
