About 1,000 carp streamers fly over the Akutagawa River

"Koinobori Festa 1000"

The carp streamers come in a variety of colors and sizes, with the smallest being about 1 meter, and the largest being over 7 meters! 🎏

Most of these carp streamers are donated or handmade by kindergarten and nursery school children in the city 𓂃𓈒𓏸

For families who find it difficult to decorate and manage them, you can have your child's name engraved on the carp streamer and let it swim! (This year's application deadline has already passed)

Every year on April 29th (national holiday), an event is held
In addition to stage performances such as brass band and Japanese drum performances and dance,
there are also food stalls and experience booths available😌
