A must-visit photo hotspot in September! Rabbit lovers must make a visit to Hiroshima's bunny island - Okunoshima🐰!

This place used to be a rabbit experiment and left behind a lot of little rabbits. It has been designated as a protected area by the Japan Environment Agency🌿. Remember not to feed the rabbits! There are so many cute little rabbits to take pictures with you, it's really healing!

There are resort hotels 🏨 on the island, which is perfect for those who want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city and relax on vacation!
I chose to stay for one night to feel the romance of watching the sunset🌅 with the bunny~
The resort buffet breakfast and dinner is very rich, if you are not staying you can go to the cafe to try an after-afternoon snack or meal, super convenient!

You can also rent bicycles here to ride around the island🚲, so it's easy to visit all the major attractions on the island~
In addition to the photo bunnies, don’t miss the Okunoshima Gas Museum to learn more about the historical background of the island (Address: Okuno Island, Tadami-cho, Takehara, Hiroshima, opening hours 9:00-16:00)
At night, you can also chill with your bunny and watch the sunset. It's really beautiful to take pictures🤩!
