Pullman Khaolak, a luxury beachfront hotel in Khao Lak.

I booked a family suite with pool access during the rainy season. It rained all day, but I was impressed from the first step. The room was much larger than it looked in the pictures. It had two bedrooms, and it could sleep four people. The bed and pillows were soft and comfortable. The bathroom was spacious, and the balcony had direct access to the pool. The room was incredibly relaxing.

All the staff were excellent, smiling and attentive, from the lobby, to the restaurant, to every part of the hotel. I could feel their dedication. The service exceeded my expectations.

The hotel itself is spacious, with multiple swimming pools. The restaurant is also excellent. The breakfast selection is varied and delicious. The surrounding atmosphere is peaceful and natural, perfect for relaxation and healing. I'm planning to come back again.
