[Hyogo] This value for money is so good you'll want to tell someone about it

Tanba Sasayama. An old tin factory in a small town has been transformed into a retro bistro called "BISTRO VIVACE".
The presses visible from the window and the rusty tools displayed on the walls are somehow nostalgic and stylish.
Just sitting there makes your heart calm, and it's a mysteriously comfortable place.

I ordered the weekly lunch (1,000 yen).
On this day, I had roasted young chicken, a tortilla wrapped in sauteed shrimp and mushrooms, a crisp vegetable salad, corn soup, couscous, and a choice of French bread or rice, and it was so satisfying. The taste was authentic yet gentle. The cold corn soup in particular was perfect for a summer lunch.

I was surprised at how good the cost performance was, and the atmosphere of the staff was warm, so it was a relaxing atmosphere even for a solo lunch 🍽️
The food, atmosphere, and service, everything was just right. I definitely recommend it for lunch with friends or as a treat for yourself.
