This is a bakery that sells black bean bread made with plenty of black beans in Tanba Sasayama.
The menu is simple, selling black bean bread and melon bread (irregularly). The black bean bread, made with authentic Tanba black beans that have been slowly simmered and kneaded into the bread, is really delicious.
The second time I visited, I was disappointed that it was closed and I couldn't buy it, but there were only a few bags for sale at the nearby Sasayama grocery store.
