A castle ruin where you can feel nature

Location: Sasayama Castle Ruins

Address: 2-3 Kitashinmachi, Tanba Sasayama City

Access: 20 minutes by bus from Sasayamaguchi Station (get off at Nikaimachi)

This castle has been selected as one of Japan's 100 Greatest Castles.

As it is an abandoned site, there are explanations written in various places about how it was built, so you can enjoy reading them.

When you go to the castle tower base, you can see the whole town, so the view is great and you can feel nature.
