Summer might be hot in Taiwan, but LaLa Mountain has the perfect temperature in Taiwan in summer. The air is cooling and moist. My favorite thing about LaLa Mountain is that I get to reconnect with trees more than thousand years old. I like hugging the trees and go barefoot to ground myself in nature. Immersing myself in nature and walking under all these tall and big old trees make me feel that all my problems and worries are gone. Nature always has this power of healing. If you look carefully while walking, cute mushrooms are in between trees, woods, and moss. They are so cute and special🍄🟫🪵🌲

You can go to this farm to pick juicy peaches from May to August. You can only just buy peaches from them. You won’t regret buying peaches at LaLa Mountain. They have the best peaches in Taiwan.

On the way to the mountains, there are some vendors selling mountain pears. They are different than the pears usually seen in Taiwan. Growing in the mountains, they are nutritious and juicy😋

Every time I finished hiking LaLa Mountain, my dad and I would go to this store to enjoy a warm almond and peanut soup with Youtiao. This kind of food has a crispy texture and is usually seen in traditional breakfast stores in Taiwan.
