I visited DaMoHongPremiumBBQ in early 2023 and gave it a 5-star rating. 🥰
After two years, they've released a new menu for $1588.
This gourmet secret features premium beef tongue and hand-cut short ribs. It also includes snow crab and scallop burgers, shrimp sashimi, squid, and shelled tiger prawns. 🥳
A group of four gets a free serving of magical beef tongue.

There are also menus for $899 and $1158.
Also, there's an all-you-can-eat option for $149, including freshly caught Thai shrimp and Angel Red Shrimp.

Scan the QR code to order. Each order has 16 items, with a 5-minute cooldown. The first two rounds are a bit slow, but the rest are incredibly fast! They'll even check in to see if you've missed any orders. 👍

In between, you can grab some vegetables and seafood from the self-service bar. They even have oysters in the shell! The scallions and kimchi in the self-service area are also excellent!

Today, we focused on the $1588 menu: thick-cut beef tongue, finely trimmed short ribs, and hand-held tiger prawns!

The texture difference between the thick-cut and the fancy-cut is very slight, with the fancy-cut being a bit crispier. Both are at par with à la carte restaurants!

I just ate at Isshin, a specialty beef tongue restaurant in Tokyo in August, and I was completely impressed by the quality of Damohong, a restaurant that spares no expense in selecting ingredients.

Every bite of beef tongue was perfectly chewy and delicious!

Served with truffle tsukimi sauce, it was incredibly satisfying ❤️
While waiting for the tongue, I enjoyed the snow crab and scallop burger and shrimp sashimi. 😂
Then we followed it with the finely trimmed short ribs and hand-held tiger prawns. 🥳
Today was the last day before the price adjustment. The restaurant was almost always full. The staff were incredibly helpful, regularly changing the nets and keeping an eye on customers to adjust the heat. Awesome!

After the meal, there were three counters full of ice cream from Haagen-Dazs, Coldstone, and Niseko, as well as all-you-can-eat tofu puffs.

Ordering costs 90 minutes, and the meal costs 120.

We chatted so much that we accidentally spent over two hours.

No one rushed us, which was so kind!

The price was raised from $1588 to $1788 after September 15th, which is a significant increase.

But honestly, the quality of the ingredients and the service today make it worth returning. ❤️
