Besh Qozon Pilaf Center in Tashkent is a popular restaurant where you can enjoy authentic Uzbek cuisine✨

The specialty "plov (pilaf)" is a very popular dish that is a perfect combination of freshly cooked fragrant rice, fresh vegetables, and meat🥘✨

If you have the time, you can actually see the process of making plov in a large pot, which is a popular place for both tourists and locals!

Because plov is made using a large amount of oil, the oil will soak into the rice too much over time, so it's best to go when it's freshly cooked (apparently around noon is best)!

I happened to visit just after noon, and it wasn't too oily and was delicious!

The interior is spacious and has a comfortable atmosphere with traditional Uzbek decorations!
