high school kopitiam jb austin heights

long heard about this eatery even before we went to mount Austin! finally got to try it at rm50.10 for a matcha egg mayo sandwich, roast pork Nasi lemak, smoked duck pancake and high school special drink mixing milo, coffee etc

kids will love the decor esp the hopscotch on the floor. adults will feel nostalgic seeing the classroom tables chairs and black board. take some time to admire their beautiful writings and drawings all around the cafe.

the staff insisted on not preparing food beforehand to maintain maximum freshness, thus be prepared to wait a bit. however we didn’t notice any time passing slowly since the ambience is interesting.
