| Tengchong No Late Hotel. Because we had already booked the long-awaited Heshun Bailian Hotel on New Year's Day, we were no longer obsessed with soaking in the hot springs on our first night in Tengchong. One reason was that we didn't want to be overcharged, and the other was that we didn't want to bathe in fake hot springs that were either adulterated or purely boiler water. We chose a rare local boutique homestay without a hot spring bath - No Late Hotel.
💜No Late is a typical small and beautiful homestay. The main body of the house is a Ming and Qing architecture that is quite common in Tengchong and Heshun, simple and elegant. While maintaining the old as old, the owner spent a high price on soft decoration. The style is a combination of Chinese-style small fresh and American country style. The seemingly contradictory combination is not discordant due to the consistency of the color tone, but rather very photogenic.
💜The service of No Late is very in place. Not only do they pick up from the airport, but they also provide shuttle service to the next hotel on the day of departure, and even provide services such as chartered car and local companion, so we basically did not worry about using a car🚗 locally. The boss is from Chongqing, warm and generous, often inviting us to have tea🍵 and chat, giving us a feeling of being at home. This is the meaning of a homestay.
💜The Mountain View Balcony Private Tea Pavilion room we booked is on the second floor, with better light and view than the first floor. The basic configuration of the room is also above standard, the smart toilet🚽 and washing and care🧴 products all make me quite satisfied. The bathroom water temperature and water volume are very comfortable, the only shortcoming is that the drainage problem of this kind of old-style residence is somewhat unsatisfactory. Overall, the interior of the room is worth the price.
💜If you have already arranged Bailian or Stone Note in your itinerary, it is recommended to stay at No Late, which is quiet in the bustling ancient town, on the day of arrival.
