St. Joseph Cathedral Tianjin , China 🇨🇳

St. Joseph's Cathedral, also known as the Old Catholic Church of Xiacai, is located at the southern end of Binjiang Road in Heping District. It is the largest Roman Catholic cathedral in Tianjin and the largest in northern China. It is also called the "French Cathedral" because it is located in the former French Concession and was built by French missionaries in 1916. The structure of the cathedral has been repaired and expanded many times until it is the size we see today. With its exquisite architecture and outstanding religious art, St. Joseph's Cathedral is one of the most valuable and well-preserved historical sites in Tianjin. #tianjin
