Drive to Binhai New Area in Tianjin and check out Beitang Ancient Town.

Beitang Ancient Town is located at No. 100 Beitang Street, Binhai New Area, Tianjin.

🌈 We drove to Beitang Ancient Town. There weren't many people, parking was easy, and it was free.
🌈 We entered Beitang Ancient Town from the southwest gate. The ancient city tower here is very impressive and makes for great photos.
🌈 Enter Beitang Ancient Town and you can climb the city wall and tower (free) to overlook the entire ancient town. There are colorful flags with "Beitang Ancient Town" written on them flying on the city wall, which also make for great photos!
🌈 There is a visitor center at the southwest gate. The buildings and surrounding area are very artistic, making it a great place to take photos. Guanlan Academy is also here, and you can visit and experience it if you're interested (paid attraction).
🌈 Beitang Shuanglei Fort is the core attraction of Beitang Ancient Town. The city wall is high and imposing, and you can visit and experience it if you're interested (paid attraction).
🌈 The Beitang Ancient Town Ice and Snow Festival is currently being held, and many people come here to play in the snow and ice. It's very popular!
🌈 Since there are fewer people in winter, most shops are closed. However, some are open, and the Dayu Beitang Food Festival is in full swing. The only modern building in this ancient town is also unique!
Tips:
1. Since it's winter, there aren't many tourists in the ancient town, and most shops are closed, so the entire ancient town is a little deserted.
2. The ancient town is not far from Dongjiang Coastal Park and the National Maritime Museum of China, so you can visit and experience them if you're interested.
