This is my second time eating at this top-notch hot pot restaurant, and I chose to dine at the Royal Restaurant in Shipai, Taipei.

This time I chose the cherry duck which I haven’t eaten for a long time, 170g/380 yuan❗️

For the main course, I think the most worth ordering is the unique knife-cut noodles. The thick and chewy noodles are added to the hot pot and cooked very flavorfully. It is very filling and delicious. 👍
The self-service bar in the store is extremely rich. In addition to mung bean soup, ice cream is indispensable (6 flavors, rich selection, clearly marked as coming from Tokachi milk source in Hokkaido). There are also hot drinks, coffee machines, hot chocolate milk and various coffees.
