[Tokushima] Sanuki udon noodles in Tokushima

A Sanuki udon restaurant in Miyoshi City, Tokushima Prefecture

They're famous for their tarai udon, but I had their kamatama udon. It wasn't as chewy as Sanuki udon, but it was very tasty! It was carefully handmade! They also have oden, so I couldn't help but eat it. They also sell souvenirs!

On the way back, we went to see the Hino-ji Valley in Iya Valley
