[Tokyo] Gotokuji Temple's Maneki Neko

Gotokuji Temple is said to be the birthplace of the lucky charm Maneki-neko (beckoning cat).
It's now so famous that it can be seen overseas,
so there were many foreign tourists.

After entering through the main entrance and praying at the main hall, I went to the adjacent "Maneki-neko-den" (Beckoning Cat Hall) to see the many beckoning cats that have been donated. They were all pure white and did not carry any gold coins.

Further ahead was the cemetery, which also contains the grave of Ii Naosuke.
