[Omotesando] Medicinal cuisine x artistic rich Samgyetang!

🇯🇵Visited on October 23rd👟

Shiari Samgyetang opened in Omotesando in June

I've been curious about it for a long time, and finally I was able to go☺️✨

From the outside, it looks like a stylish cafe🏢

The theme is fusion with art, and the interior is a very nice space with works by photographer Masa Uemura, who was also an assistant to Mika Ninagawa🌹🥹

There are only counter seats, so you can enjoy it alone without any worries🙆‍♀️

The menu only has a set of Samgyetang and 6 kinds of side dishes!

The set includes a rich Samgyetang made with great care under the concept of "May your tomorrow be more beautiful than today..." and 6 delicious side dishes🙂

Drinks are also available before the meal🍸

The popular medicinal tea is in a very stylish bottle🥹

Just this alone will get you excited!
If you can drink alcohol, please try the champagne makgeolli "Boksundoga Boksundoga" that is very popular in Korea! 🥹
You can also get the precious pink one made from red rice here 🥹🩷
I really love this ✨
I'm happy that more stores in Japan are carrying it ☺️

While you're enjoying your drink, 6 kinds of side dishes are brought to you 🇰🇷
✔︎Chinese cabbage kimchi
✔︎Bean sprout namul
✔︎Long onion vinaigrette
✔︎Carrot rapée
✔︎Purple cabbage sauerkraut
✔︎Warm egg Korean style
Each side dish is carefully made and delicious, making it perfect as a snack with makgeolli or as a palate cleanser for samgyetang 🙂

The main dish, samgyetang, is prepared right in front of you, one portion at a time! When the hot dish is placed in front of you, the delicious aroma fills the air 🤤🤍
The meat is already very tender, but it falls apart quickly 🤍
It's an easy-to-eat samgyetang with no medicinal smell 🙂
When I put a warm egg on top of the rice and ate it like a raw egg on rice, it was absolutely delicious!! 🥹🤍
I'm so happy that I can easily eat delicious samgyetang in Tokyo 🥹✨
I'd definitely like to eat it with boksundoga again! 🙆‍♀️
