The Hudson Lounge on the first floor of the InterContinental Tokyo Bay is offering strawberry-themed pancakes and parfaits for a limited time.

We ordered the Strawberry Tiramisu Pancake and White Strawberry Macaron Parfait.

The fluffy soufflé pancakes are coffee flavored and go perfectly with the mascarpone cream and white chocolate! They are served with warm berry sauce.

The parfait topped with a large macaroon was also delicious.

Both are recommended for strawberry lovers🍓
