At the elegant New York Lounge inside InterContinental Tokyo Bay, I sipped on one of the most creative summer cocktails I’ve ever had—a sweet and tangy kiwi spritz that looked like it came straight out of a fairytale.

Layered with green, yellow, and frothy white, this seasonal drink was topped with kiwi dragons (yes, dragons! 🐉) and sprigs of rosemary. It was refreshing, fruity, and surprisingly well-balanced—not too sweet, with just the right kick.
