[Hamamatsucho] Chef's Live Kitchen Dinner Buffet

Located on the 3rd floor of the InterContinental Tokyo Bay, "Chef's Live Kitchen" is a buffet restaurant known for the excitement of its open kitchen. This time, I visited for dinner.

At the live kitchen, the chefs cut roast beef right in front of you and prepare freshly fried tempura, allowing you to enjoy dishes made to order✨

The dinner menu changes themes each season, featuring a wide variety of Japanese, Western, and Chinese dishes.
