Located in Kita Ward, Tokyo, Ukima Park is a tranquil oasis that combines nature with urban scenery. In the center of the park, there is a windmill and an artificial lake where waterfowl often rest by the shore, creating a very relaxing and soothing scene. The park’s flat trails are perfect for walking, jogging, or pushing strollers, making it a great spot for both locals and travelers to unwind.
Ukima Funado Station next to the park offers convenient transportation, about a 20-minute train ride from Ikebukuro. Although it’s not as famous as Ueno or Yoyogi Park, its peacefulness and local atmosphere are its true charms.
