#TokyoHotel is really taken advantage of by the hotel designed by Kengo Kuma! This one@tokyo hotel was an eye-opener for me. Is it worth staying at? One article to make it clear~
📍The position is directly enshrined in the gods! It’s only a 5-minute walk to the Tokyo Skytree, so you can get a beautiful view of the landmark from different angles in the morning and evening! There are a lot of late-night restaurants around Oshiage Station, and during the day, there is a lot of coffee aroma, and you can eat, drink, and have fun!
💰Great value for money! The basic room type is 399-499r on weekdays and 599r on weekends. It is more cost-effective to use a certain coupon! The independent floor has card entry and the 24-hour front desk is super reassuring. The 18-20㎡ space is just right for a lone ranger, and the dry and wet separated bathroom is a big plus!
🎨The design sense is full! The public area is made of concrete + metal + linear lighting, which gives it a futuristic feel, but the elevator hall is a bit eerie at night, so be careful if you are timid. The room's rough pipes + grid partitions are super cool, and are neutralized by wooden elements. The bedding is unexpectedly soft!
✨Summary: If you want to experience master design and pursue high cost-effectiveness, just go for it! However, the design style is quite picky, so be careful when choosing one if you are looking for a cozy feel or traveling with your family. I’ll tell you that the night view of the Tokyo Skytree from the rooftop terrace is super beautiful, so night owls shouldn’t miss it!
