April Flower Season in Tokyo

Asakusa Temple at night looks even more beautiful under the spotlight! Highly recommend taking a walk in the evening when there are fewer people. There are also many great izakayas nearby~
Afterwards, I visited Gotokuji Temple, which has many lucky cat statues. It was also the wisteria blooming season, and there is a wisteria trellis inside the temple that is very beautiful.
Cherry blossoms are also in full bloom all over Tokyo. At Inokashira Park in Kichijoji, I saw many fully bloomed cherry trees and some with leaves. In front of Kichijoji Station, there is a restaurant specializing in beef tongue called Gyutan Bancho, which is currently offering an all-you-can-eat deal for about 7,000 yen per person. Considering the quality and price, it’s quite a good deal and very delicious.
