Near Tokyo Tower, Minato-ku Starbucks

When I went to Tokyo, it wasn’t in my plan, but I ended up visiting the Minato-ku Starbucks! It’s not right next to Tokyo Tower, but since it was evening and there wasn’t anywhere suitable nearby, I decided to go.

I ordered the cherry blossom edition that’s only sold in Japan and not available in Korea. While my usual favorite drinks are good, I think it’s nice to try drinks you can only get at Starbucks in Japan.

Since it wasn’t right nearby, we were the only Koreans there, and everyone else was local, so it felt like a genuine local experience! The Starbucks staff seemed surprised that foreigners visited and said they like Korea because they are learning Korean, which was fascinating.

When you visit Tokyo, of course the tourist spots are great, but I recommend visiting cafes or places that locals often go to at least once!
