Located in the Marunouchi Building directly connected to Tokyo Station🏙️

I visited "Grill Mantenboshi"🌟

The restaurant area in Marunouchi Building is calm and just perfect,
close to the station yet comfortable to spend time in☺️💍

Upon arrival,
the elegant interior full of luxury makes you feel like spending time gracefully✨

This time, I ordered the one-plate mix where you can choose two of Grill Mantenboshi’s famous popular Western dishes🍽️

The menu’s theme is “classic Western dishes” enjoyed on one plate👑

It’s also the most popular menu where you can savor the restaurant’s proud Western dishes all in one plate🥇.ᐟ.ᐟ

You can choose two classic dishes,
and I selected omelet rice and crab cream croquette📝

The omelet rice uses the restaurant’s traditional demi-glace sauce
with a special baked rice containing eight kinds of vegetables including bamboo shoots, onions, shiitake mushrooms, shimeji mushrooms, and corn🍚🥄

The sauce is made without butter, simmering aromatic vegetables, beef bones,
and tendon meat that are grilled and then simmered continuously for one week,
resulting in a deep and rich flavor that impressed me (⸝⸝⸝ᵒ̴̶̷ ᵕ ᵒ̴̶̷⸝⸝⸝)

The eggs were fluffy and delicious🍳

The fried dish was packed with plenty of meat and incredibly tasty🦀🍤

The dessert, “custard pudding,”
was carefully made using traditional methods,
giving a taste that reflects the tradition of a Western-style restaurant🍮💚
