Located on the basement first floor of Marunouchi Building in Tokyo, "Ebi no Spaghetti" is a high-tech pasta restaurant known for the world's first pasta automatic cooking robot "P-Robo." With high-temperature, high-speed cooking, it quickly serves hot and chewy al dente pasta that brings out the aroma of the ingredients!!
The menu offers a wide variety including tomato cream, carbonara, squid ink with sea urchin, and Japanese-style whitebait. Each plate is reasonably priced at about 1,000 yen.
I ordered the peperoncino!
And there’s also a happy hour 🍻
