When you think of Matsunosuke, you think of "apple pie." Many people might know this shop because of its apple pie🍎🥧 Matsunosuke N.Y. is a very popular café and cake shop where you can enjoy authentic American sweets while in Japan. The founder, Akiko Hirano, learned the recipes in New York and offers them while valuing Japanese ingredients and seasonal flavors.

Of course, I came here with the purpose of having apple pie🍎 Even though it's all called apple pie, there are many varieties, such as "Big Apple Pie" and "Sour Cream Apple Pie." I ordered the Sour Cream Apple Pie. The crispy pie crust, the sweet and sour apples, the just-right spices, and the juicy fruitiness create a perfect balance❤️

Of course, there are many cakes besides apple pie! They use fresh domestic ingredients and carefully selected American materials, and everything is handmade in the shop. They don’t rely on preservatives or additives, so the taste is gentle and natural.

Many items are available for takeout, so they are also great for gifts or souvenirs!
