Tokyo Omakase

-Unprofessional Food Review-
💞Recommendation:
This restaurant embodies the spirit of craftsmanship and a human touch.
If you're in Japan and want to try à la carte cuisine, I highly recommend making a reservation here.
Toki personally goes to the market to select fresh, seasonal fish! The rice is warm, seasoned with red vinegar. Since the fish species vary, and you can let the reservations assistant know if you have any special requests when making a reservation, I won't go through every dish individually.
While this restaurant may not offer the highly recommended omakase or value-for-money à la carte options, it's a restaurant I'll definitely visit again. I experienced the heartwarming Taiwanese/Japanese atmosphere, as well as the craftsmanship and dedication honed over years of experience.
P.S. If you're unsure whether to reserve lunch or dinner, I recommend reserving lunch first. I hope every traveler in Tokyo will visit this restaurant. Don't worry if you don't speak Japanese; the head chef and assistant chef speak Chinese and are happy to assist with any requests.
