Located on the 1st floor of InterContinental Tokyo Bay, Zillion offers a chic, elegant atmosphere perfect for relaxing in the summer heat. I tried their frozen cocktail made with a refreshing orange base—sweet, tangy, and absolutely thirst-quenching.

The presentation was gorgeous, garnished with a sprig of rosemary and a tiny edible flower. It’s a great match for the seasonal parfaits and afternoon tea sets also served here.
