[Tokyo, Ebisu] Tokyo Metropolitan Museum of Photography Transphysical

This year marks the 30th anniversary of the Tokyo Metropolitan Museum of Photography, which is holding numerous exhibitions and related events under the theme "30th Anniversary of the Comprehensive Opening." From July 3 to September 21, an exhibition titled "Transphysical" focuses on the materiality of photography and bodily expression.

The exhibition highlights the "materiality" of photographs as physical objects and the "bodily expression" of subjects and the artists themselves. While experiencing the evolution of photography as a form of expression, it also made me realize once again that photography reflects the inner self.
