Centre The Bakery Tokyo is a popular Japanese-style "shokupan" bread shop located in the Ginza area, perfect for bread and bakery lovers. The highlight is a set of 3 types of bread in one set to test the textures, ranging from dense English bread, medium-textured American bread, to soft Japanese bread. Each type is served with 3 kinds of butter, honey, and various jams. You can choose your own toaster in the shop. The bread here is toasted to be fluffy, chewy, and fun to eat. We recommend trying the Wagyu Katsu sandwich—tender, juicy meat packed with special sauce. There are also cheese toast, French toast, and various bread-based desserts. Daily soups and salads rotate to pair with the main menu. The atmosphere is warm and cozy.
