Traveling alone is so cool!!

This solo trip was a spur-of-the-moment decision! Of course, I also wanted to visit a friend studying in Japan. I booked my flight, hotel, and aquarium tickets all on TripAdvisor!

I also booked an airport pick-up service. The driver was very considerate and spoke Chinese. We talked a lot about food.

The hotel was very clean. I don't like dirty bathrooms, and this one was absolutely perfect! I also requested a window, and my room had amazing light. Although it was a little noisy late at night, it was still very safe. It's very close to Ikebukuro Station, and there are convenience stores and supermarkets within easy walking distance! I was very happy 🥳 and would definitely book this hotel again!

I went to Sun City Sanrio Cafe Ikebukuro.

I ordered a few dishes. Total cost: 5100 yen.
The food was not bad, but a bit sweet. The presentation was very cute.

By the way! Kamakura is very windy and hot, so I recommend tying up long hair! I didn't notice it myself, and my hair flew all over the place.
